CONE RED

Car Acquisition Platform
Concept Overview

A full-cycle car acquisition service — not a classifieds board, but an end-to-end platform that handles everything between “I need a car” and “the car is at your door, registered in your name.”

The client never browses listings, negotiates with sellers, or visits a dealership. They describe what they need, and the platform delivers.

How It Works
01

Describe

The client opens the app and describes what they’re looking for — budget, purpose, timeline, preferences.

02

Match

The AI assistant adapts, asks clarifying questions, narrows down the options, and presents a shortlist of matching vehicles.

03

Pay

The client picks a vehicle and pays directly in the app.

04

Deliver

The platform handles everything else: purchase from auction, repair (if applicable), paperwork, registration, and delivery.

05

Track

The client tracks progress in real time — statuses, photos, estimated delivery date.

06

Done

The car arrives at their door, fully registered.

Two Types of Vehicles
Ready to Drive

Sourced from auctions, delivered with registration and optional home delivery.

Below Market Price

Purchased at auction, repaired by verified partners, with full cost transparency: purchase price + repair + platform commission vs. market value.

AI Assistant

No catalogs, no filters, no phone calls — the client talks to an AI assistant that acts as a personal car consultant.

The assistant guides the conversation naturally: what’s the car for, what’s the budget, any brand preferences, how soon do they need it. Based on this, it builds a profile and recommends specific vehicles with reasoning — not just a filtered list, but curated options that match the client’s actual needs.

Multimodal Embedding Space

Under the hood, the assistant queries a multimodal embedding space where vehicle descriptions, photos, and video are indexed together. This enables search that goes beyond structured filters — the system can match on visual characteristics, specific types of damage or wear, interior condition, and any other attribute captured in the media. A client can describe what they want in plain language, and the system retrieves semantically relevant results across text and imagery.

AI-Powered Features
01

Document Verification

The platform handles vehicle registration paperwork end-to-end. Clients upload required documents (ID, proof of address, insurance, power of attorney if applicable) directly in the app. The system validates each document automatically — checks type, completeness, readability — and requests re-upload with specific feedback if something is off.

02

Repair Cost Estimation

For damaged vehicles, the platform generates a transparent cost breakdown: acquisition price, itemized repair estimate, platform commission, and final price compared to market value. This gives the client a clear picture of exactly what they’re paying for and how much they’re saving.

Dealer & Partner Side

The platform eliminates the traditional overhead for dealers and repair partners. Instead of maintaining inventory, marketing vehicles, and managing client communications, they receive ready-to-go orders through the platform.

Car Dealers
  • Receive purchase requests matched to their inventory or auction access
  • No need to hold stock — buy on demand once a client commits
  • No client negotiations or back-and-forth — the platform handles all communication
  • Invoicing and payments are handled automatically through the platform
Repair Partners
  • Receive repair orders with clear scope directly in the system
  • Upload photo reports per repair stage — these feed directly into the client’s order tracking
  • Submit cost estimates that the platform uses to build the client-facing price breakdown

The value proposition is straightforward: dealers and partners focus on what they do — sourcing and fixing cars — while the platform handles everything else: client acquisition, communication, payments, and logistics.

Platform Features
01

Order Tracking

Real-time status updates modeled after e-commerce delivery tracking. The client sees where their car is in the pipeline — purchased, in transit to repair shop, under repair (with photo reports per stage), in registration, out for delivery — along with an estimated delivery date that updates as the process moves forward.

02

Auction Integration

Vehicles are sourced from major European auction platforms (Copart and others) with presence across multiple countries. The platform integrates with auction inventories to surface available vehicles in real time, enabling the AI assistant to match client requests against current supply.

03

Payments & Delivery

All transactions are cashless, handled directly in the app via linked cards or payment links. Delivery options include self-pickup or home delivery on a flatbed with on-site registration transfer.

04

Ratings

After delivery, clients rate the experience — building a trust layer across the platform, similar to ride-hailing services.

Demo Proposal

See the core experience in action

An interactive demo of the platform’s core experience — the AI assistant. Rather than simulating the full acquisition pipeline, the demo focuses on the moment that matters most: how a client goes from “I need a car” to “I found the right one” — without browsing a single listing.

The demo presents a chat interface where the user describes what they’re looking for — in text or by voice. The AI assistant responds in real time: asks the right questions, builds an understanding of the client’s needs, and surfaces matching vehicles as rich cards directly in the conversation — with photos, specs, pricing, and for damaged vehicles, a full cost breakdown (purchase + repair + commission vs. market value). The user can review options and add a vehicle to their cart without leaving the chat.

No document uploads, no order tracking, no registration flow — just the core interaction that differentiates the platform from everything else on the market.
